Middle-earth Weekend Volunteers
Those who have joined us in the past to help out at the Middle-earth Weekend have enjoyed themselves immensely. The atmosphere is friendly, exciting and full of variety and our visitors are great.
Some of the roles for which volunteers are needed at the Middle-earth Weekend 11th and 12th May 2013
Briefing details will be given and a rota can be arranged so that no-one has to stay on one duty if they do not wish to do so.
Helping set up the event on Friday afternoon with tables, chairs, decorations, notices.
Car Park duties
Programme Sellers on the car park as people arrive or on the field. The programmes give details of all activities and timetables of events.
